We were brought in early on this conversion of one of Austin’s most historic properties as it evolved into a luxe hospitality destination, working closely with Ten Eyck to bring their vision to life.

A highlight was executing Ten Eyck’s clever design to manage grade change around the property’s iconic pool. Quarry blocks were arranged to radiate in a concentric circle around the water, providing function in an elevated and architectural way.

Additionally, SLC’s stonework and site fabricated steel fencing, handrails, and ramps can all be found throughout the property.
